The CPS1-A & CPS2-A systems are top of the line and feature rich.  These systems provide automated computerized control of your colorizing process with our included Marksman I belt scale system and Android tablet interface. Working in unison, these components adjust the colorant to water ratio while monitoring overall production rate.  As your production rate changes, variables automatically adjusts flow rates to maintain optimum desired dosage per cubic yard.  These valuable features not only save money over time in colorant usage but in labor and waste material.  In addition, your production is captured and categorized by product type maintaining record of your daily, monthly and yearly production.  Data is accessed or download via wifi or automatically emailed.  Once desired dosage rates are determined and saved as presets, they are easily recalled to ensure consistency every production run.  Built in safeguards monitor colorant level warning the operator, automatically stops pump flow when belt runs empty.  System features two electronic magnetic-inductive flow meters constructed of stainless steel, allowing monitoring of water and colorant application rates. All fittings and camlock hose fixtures are manufactured of high quality stainless steel. Systems come complete with solenoid operated stainless steel gate valve for fine control of water flow rate, Nema 4X variable frequency drive motor controller with digital readout, Nema 4x rated 1 HP motor and disconnect switch.  All neatly packaged within a rugged 2" tube steel frame with bottom forklift pockets for easy handling.  Backed with a 1 year limited warranty.
