The CPS1-B system is an upgraded version featuring the same quality components as all CPS1 models but with added features of remote start/stop and feed rate control through use of Android or IPhone device application.  The remote application can be utilized on multiple devices allowing operators to control pump functions on the fly while operating machinery or monitoring quality.   The CPS1-B system is provided with high quality GZl21 peristaltic hose pump capable of pumping enough colorant to coat mulch at a production rate up to 325 cubic yards per hour at 5.5 Lbs. per cubic yard*.  System features two electronic magnetic-inductive flow meters constructed of stainless steel, allowing monitoring of water and colorant application rates. All fittings and camlock hose fixtures are manufactured of high quality stainless steel. System comes complete with manually operated stainless steel gate valve for fine control of water flow rate, Nema 4X variable frequency drive motor controller with digital readout, Nema 4x rated 1 HP motor and disconnect switch.  All neatly packaged within a rugged 2" tube steel frame with bottom forklift pockets for easy handling.  Backed with a 1 year limited warranty.
